Add Me to Team BFP!!!!!! Update with First Sono Results
After 15 months of TTC with 5 failed IUI's and 2 chemical pregnancies, IVF#1 is a SUCCESS! I just got the call from Dr. B and it's a BFP! He said all is looking good. Progesterone is over 20 and beta is 527! Today is 12dp5dt. Of course I have to return on Monday for a second beta.
I started testing at home last Sunday which was 7dp5dt and got a super faint line which I thought was an evap line. I tested again 8dp5dt and got another faint but more visible line. 10dp5dt was crystal clear and darker!
DH and I are overjoyed but of course I am a little worried and hope that the little embie sticks!!!
I am sure I will say this 10 more times but thank you all so much!!! All of you ladies have been an amazing source of support and I am sure I will continue to post on here to return the favor. I don't think I could have found the courage and knowledge to do IVF if it wasn't for all of you.
8/25 UPDATE: I just got a call from Dr. B and the second beta is looking good at 1562 (3 days after first beta). My first sono will be in 2 weeks! Thanks again ladies for all of your congrats and support.
9/5/08 UPDATE: First sono was today and we confirmed a singleton pregnancy at about 6 weeks. We got to see the HB and everything is looking good. Dr. B discharged me and I actually felt a little sad. I got such good care at LI IVF and can only hope that the same is true with my OB. Thanks again ladies and best of luck!
