2 days late and BFN: Update 4 days late and now freaking out
Does this mean I am looking at serious problems with my cycle?

if you have regular cycles and know the exact date you O'd, wait two days b/c you may by PG, but have a late implanter.
otherwise you could have O'd late, which would make AF late - or it could be too early to get a BFP.

I agree with PP, you may have ovulated later than you think, so wait 2 days and then try testing again. I know, easier said than done! Good luck!

Gavin was conceived on CD 18 even though I usually O in CD 14 or so......

Wait a few days and test again. I had very regular cycles (28-30 days) and 2 months ago had a 45 day cycle.

That's totally understandable.
When were your last couple periods? Then we can try to figure out how long your cycles are and when you might have ovulated.

When were your last couple periods? Then we can try to figure out how long your cycles are and when you might have ovulated.
That's the thing. I am not aggressively TTC, but took myself off the pill in April. First Period was 34 days, next was 28, and this one is 2 days late. I am SO CONFUSED

My SIL was over a week late, took a test and came back negative. Went to the OBGYN test came back negative. He told her give it a week, she went back and she got a BFP. I would def give it a few days and if you dont get it test again

Try not to freak out. If you just came off of the pill in April, your body is still trying to regulate your cycles. Do you mean your 2 days late according to when your period was like when you were on the pill? because that's not really an accurate way to measure it.

I would not freak out at all and I do not think it means you have serious problems. First of all, you just came off the pill. My doctor said it could take several months for your body to regulate. You are now on CD 30? Just a while ago, you had a 34 day cycle, so I would relax and wait and see what happens in the next few days.

I completely agree. If you don't know how long your LP is or when you've ovulated, there's really no way of knowing when you're actually late.
