Ummmm.... WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just got a lab bill from Quentin Labs for $530!!!!! This was for bloodword done this month which included Beta, Progesterone, MMR Panel, etc.
Why am i receiving a bill when i have insurance???????????

 That stinks! I've gotten bills from the doctor's offices when I had surgery that hadn't gone through my insurance yet, though. I called the insurance company and they said not to pay it yet until it went through them, so they told me to wait a week or two and if I didn't here from them or the doctor..to call them back to see if it went through. And everytime it happened, sure enough I got a lower bill After it had gone through insurance! I'm talking from $3,000 to $250. That's a BIG differance 
I would call them tomorrow if I were you!

It may be a mixup on the lab's part. The same thing happened when I was pg with DS. I got a lab bill from Sunrise for over $500 which we resubmitted and it was taken care of. Apparently they had coded something incorrectly. Definitely call them tomorrow.

This happened to me once, turned out the doctor's office had billed something incorrectly.
I called the insurance company, and they took care of it.

The opposite happened to me.....my insurance reimbursed me the amount that was supposed to go to the lab. So now I ended up having to pay the lab. Just give them a call - I'm sure it's a mixup!

The same thing happened to me when I had a procedure done to my breast. I got a bill for 5 thousand dollars!!!!! It was a mistake.
