? about Summer Infant Handheld Video Monitor
H ladies. We bought the Summer Infant Handheld color monitor and we absolutely LOVE IT! I do have a question though (since I threw away the instructions on how to actually use it ). The video monitor goes dark after a few minutes and I have to click on the silver button on top to turn it back on. Is it supposed to do that or did I not properly charge the handheld?

its supposed to do that! If you keep it plugged in, it will stay on, but when your running on battery power it will go off.

Mine only does that when it's on battery. When you plug it back in and press the button the screen stays on continuously

I keep mine plugged in all night and no problems with the batteries. However, I don't keep the video on all night as I cannot see while I'm sleeping.
