For those who have had problems with Summer Infant Monitor....
I thought I remember reading (and I've talked to a few people) who got a new monitor from the company when there's stopped working. Ours just pooped out. Did you go through BabiesRus (someone bought if for me off my registry) or Summer Infant?

no go through summer infant but get a copy of your registry to send them as proof of purchase.

Tell Summer that you want it overnight!!!! Many girls here got it that way, so you aren't without one. I didn't ask and they said it would take two weeks. WHen I called back, later that day and said 'but I heard you can send it overnight'. They said they could've if I had asked earlier that day, but it was now in the computer system as not overnight.  So ask.

How old were your monitors? Mine broke, but its been 2 years since we puchased. I'm guessing that means I'm out of luck on a replacement...

No your not! Call them and if it more than a year old they still replace it but for a fee of $60. That includes shipping and tax. I had that happen to me and they sent me a new one and I sent the old one back.
