For a while I heard they are no good but if that was the case why are they still selling strong...

My dogs do not eat anything like that. They can choke so easily. Treats for my dogs is a peice of american cheese, or some peanut butter on my finger. That's it.

i was told by my very reputable dog food store owner who dh is friends with that they reformulated the greenies and they no longer pose a threat,
he is very good about not selling things that could be at all harmful to animals so i tend to believe him

stay far far away from them!! i give them dingos and they loooove them. just make sure you're with your dog when it's eating them. any rawhide or chew bone, they can choke or swallow whole.

They came free in one of Daisy's toys, so we allowed her to try it when she was teething.
We took it away from her when it got so small and we were afraid she would choke.
Then, her stool was green, so that's when we decided it was a NO NO!

i just finished a class to become a licenced vet asst and my teacher said that those are really bad for the dogs.

They did reformulate them, but I still don't trust them.
There have been too many stories of dogs who had stomach problems related to Greenies that it's just not worth it to me.
