How bad is it to skip the prenatals?
I think either my prenatals or the B6 is drying up my CM. Is that even possible? I was away for a about a week and didnt' bother to take the vitamins with me - today (CD8) I seem to have more CM than I have had in the past two months. How bad is it if I don't take the prenatals? I have a pretty healthy diet.

i don't think it's bad at all! i didn't take prenatals until i got PG, and even now i forget them sometimes

ITA (well not with the me being pregnant now part). I haven't been taking prenatals, but I do plan on taking them once I get PG.

Only thing I take is Vitex..it seems to bring on some good CM  . Give it a try.

what she said!! I forget a lot because I have to take one in the am and then one in the pm. I often fall asleep before I get the pm ones in me.

Out of 7 days i usually remember to take them 5/6 days....im sure its no big deal
