When should you BD for points, when you get the egg?

I call it BDing for points because that's the goal!

I aim for every other day once I get a high reading; doesn't always happen though. And I don't know if this is your first month using it; my first month, I got EIGHT high days before I got a peak. I think the booklet it comes with says at least once during high and at least once during peak.

I do make sure we BD both peak days, though.

you can try to do every other day during your High readings, then the two peak days and the day after
