Im sure this a "duh" question but....

I plan to use OPK this month. Im still not even sure that I ovulate bc of this cyst on my ovary.

So... Im assuming that if I dont O then i would find that out bc i wont get a positive on OPK right?

Well, in theory yes. But as anyone will say, just because you get a + OPK is not even proof that you O.

I would just get cheap ones online... like from here and go POAS-crazy and start testing at like CD12 until you see some changes...

Also, is your doc going to do CD3 testing-- I think this is to prove that you ovulated.

CD3 bloodwork is to get a baseline of your hormone levels, CD21 testing is to see if you ovulated - they look at your progesterone levels then.

Theres been no talk of doing a CD3 test. The 1st time i had an internal sono (at cd46) the dr said that an egg def escaped my right ovary (no clue how he figured that out) and showed me that left ovary had tons of eggs so.... still have no idea if that means i will O. Im hoping that if i do O its from my left ovary bc my right one has the cyst

Re: Im sure this a "duh" question but....

I might even use Randi's approach and try using two. Use the cheapys to let you know that you're close or that it's a postive, and then CBE DIGITIAL for confirmation.

The surge lines on the cheapys get suspect, and now after trying the digital for the first time it was clear as day.

GOOD LUCK!
