I'm sure this has been asked already.....
is there a "best" time during the day to test for "O". Should I be doing it first thing in the am or later in the day?

I don't use the predictor kits but I don't think you can use first morning urine...I think they like it in the afternoon after about 4 hours not driking and holding it.
