The bank signed! We're in contract!!!!!!
We're officially IN CONTRACT!!!!!!    
The bank signed our counter today (we just changed some dates) and our REA is going to pick up the signed contract tomorrow morning!!
We scheduled the inspection for Friday so hopefully everything turns out okay with that. I'll be nervous until that is over since it's a foreclosure and nobody has been living there for about 6 months. Fingers crossed!

Yes, we are in south FL. I'll post pics as soon as I can... going to take some at the inspection on Friday. We're going to need a lot of "before" pics.

We actually found a foreclosure for a great deal in a gorgeous townhome development (we never even considered this development b/c all the townhomes listed were WAY out of our price range). It's in the school district we wanted.
