ok so my day wasnt SUCH a waste afterall.
i had a really blah day today.. wasnt really feeling very well and just did not want to do anything. so i lounged around all day with DD. once she went out with her father i was talking to my sister and she was trying to get me to come out for coffee with her.. i was really reluctant to leave my apartment, but finally for some reason decided what the heck. so after we get our coffee she decides she needs to stop at a store and grab something.. so i wait in the car outside of the store for her. all of the sudden this woman with 3 DD's comes out of the store and her youngest (a baby) starts PUKING all over herself and her mom. im sitting there thinking OMG been there... and felt so bad... then i remember, hey i have a roll of paper towel in my back seat from cleaning the car yesterday.. so i jump out of my car and say hey i have some paper towel, take it.. and hand her the roll.. she was very grateful. i felt so good to be able to help.... so i guess my day was meant to happen that way.

that was soooo nice of you and also a help to me as well because I just ran out and put a roll of paper towels in my car just in case!!!!!! DD is only 3 weeks old so even if I can't help someone else it might just come in handy for myself!

when i go back and read what i just wrote it sounds kind of dumb that i feel so good about giving someone a roll of paper towel.. but i know how it feels to have that happen and be in the middle of nowhere and not know what to do.. if someone would have done that for me every time DD threw up all over me in public i would have been amazed, lol

awwww haha im glad i could help! yeah its a great idea to be prepared like that with a little one.. you never know what could happen

It may seem like a small thing that you did but it was huge for that mom! After reading all the bad things that happen today, it's nice to read about good samaritans.

That is awesome of you! You definitely deserve a hooray for that! 
My DS was a HUGE spitter upper as a baby and it was so hard to not carry a suitcase with clothes, wipes and gear with us every time we left the house!
