I got the results..I def have PCOS
Now I have to make an appt so I can get something to push af along...
Since I thought I had af but didn't could it have just been spotting? Should I POAS?? lol

you could have had AF. Will your doctor be checking hormone levels again on CD3, as well as a sono? CD3 testing is very important.
Honestly, since you now have this diagnosis and you want to TTC you should really go see an RE.

ITA with all of this. I have PCOS as well and by far the best thing you can do for yourself is get established with an RE. Find one you really like, and one who is educated w/ PCOS. (I've been thru 8 drs- 4 of which were REs that didn't know 1/2 as much as I did about PCOS). You might want to check the IF board for some suggestions. HTH! GL!

ITA with everything the two previous posters said. It's important to find a Dr. who is knowledgeable, and who is ready to be aggressive, when you are ready.
It's a tough transition to make, but if you ever need us, we know what you're going through. You can always FM or come on over to the IF board. These poor girls have heard a lot of my sob stories.  But the best thing you can do now is to learn as much as you possibly can about it. Good luck!!
