Pre-Seed question (i feel a little silly)....
but what better place to ask!!
when do you use it?
i mean, LOL, i know WHEN, but before ovulation, day of, ......
if im not ovulating within the next 3 days, does it make sense to use it, or wait???

I used it every day that we BD.............before, during, and after ovulation. Always good to cover your bases!!

Since I have to trigger to ovulate, I use it after I get the trigger shot. Its kind of expensive to use all the time.

I only started using it once I got my on the digital opk. I didn't feel the need to use them beforehand and since they only came 6 in a box I wanted to ration them.

we only used it when the EWCM dried up and we got the on the OPK
It worked, so the stuff can't be that bad
