What's the Mucinex and Preseed All About?
I always see everyone talking about it. Can someone tell me what those two things help with?
Again, I'm sorry I'm such a fertility nerd...lol

cervical mucous! you need really high quality super slimy mucous to help the swimmers reach the egg. mucinex promotes mucous production, even down there.... so you get more EWCM. Preseed is a swimmer-friendly lube (other lubes shouldn't be used while TTC) that acts like EWCM. Squirt some inside, BD, and repeat

I think that the Mucinex is used to make your existing CM more watery/runny...
and Preseed is a sperm-friendly lubricant.

I am pulling out all the tricks this month so I can say I "tried" that. I am on my 2nd day of Mucinex & I can tell you, it does loosen things up 
I am waiting on the Preseed I ordered. DH & I don't have an issue with dryness but I am not sure if my CM is friendly enough  so why not try it out....

FYI~ Mucinex does not INCREASE production, it helps make what you have more runny/watery.
To increase production, there are alot of supposed "tricks" (Barilla pasta, baby carrots?).
Preseed is a lube that is sperm friendly (most other lubes damage sperm).
