EWCM

EWCM typically shows about 3 days prior to O correct? I'm so confused. Every month up until we started TTC last month, I had always noticed globs of EWCM (TMI) for 3-5 days a month. Last month, I noticed hardly any. I'm assuming that the large amounts of cold medicine I was taking around the time of O had an impact on that (I didn't think about that at the time I was taking it). This month, I haven't gotten my +OPK yet, but it is probably coming in the next few days, & once again, I haven't seen anything resembling EWCM. I'm guessing maybe it's still too early? I hope so. Why does my body have to change right when we start TTC?

I don't have an answer for you, but this month I got EWCM on CD 19, and didn't get my +OPK until CD 23!

ETA: I normally get my +OPK on CD 17, but didn't this month... and has no EWCM before that.

You might just be Oing later this month like I think a lot of us have!

Most of the time I only get EWCM the day before I O, and not so far in advance!!!!

I only got mine the day that I got the postive OPK. I think EWCM varies for everyperson and then can even vary just for that person. Like some months I have tons.. some I have none.. Last month I had it about 5 days before O this month the day before. Good luck and keep testing.

do make sure you're drinking a lot of water.... dehydration can reduce the amount of EWCM....

so funny that you mentioned this!!! I always notice EWCM and I didn't last month (first month TTC) and so far none this month. SOOO frustrating. Why does this all have to be so difficult!!!Good luck!!! Sending you lots of
