Define "Moderation"
I am craving a french vanilla cappucino like everyday. Is one a day moderation?

I think so...they say you can have 2 or 3 cups of coffee daily.

You can have up to 300mg/caffeine a day. Do you know how much is in the brand you drink?
I stayed away from all caffeine in the first 18 weeks due to all of the risks and controversies. When I wanted a latte, I got non-fat hot chocolates to satisfy the craving.

Is there a decaf option? Sometimes there can be way more caffeine in those machines than a norm cup of coffee.....

The only thing I craved throughout my entire pg is coke. I have one can a day. I looked up online and it said there was about 75mg of caffeine so I figure I'm ok. How big is the glass you drink?

I agree. One to two times a week is moderation.
Although, I guess if you used to have 5 cups a day and now you are only having 1, that would be considered moderate.

my dr told me and i've heard from others that 2 cups a day (16 oz) is fine! But since you aren't sure how much is in there make sure you drink half that just to ease your mind and drink your cappucino guilt free! enjoy!

I limit my cappuccino/latte intake just on weekends when DH makes them for me on our machine. I consider that moderation
