I actually feel bad for celebs! I like coffee and i like to wear heels...so these people get scrutinized for what we all do on a daily basis...so not fair!! They are people...they drink coffee, they wear heels and they sometimes slip...i do all three almost every day LOL
Exactly. I feel bad for her...her every move is caught on camera. Like other Moms don't screw up on a daily basis...we just don't get caught on tape doing it!

My goodness!!!! How the heck would we live if we had cameras in our faces all the time??? All the silly little things we do on a daily basis caught on camera????? I cant even imagine it!
Ok..she wears heels.."omg stop wearing heels."
If she dressed like a bum.."omg look at KATIE dressed like a slob."
And so what if she holds her kid????? I say, good for her! At least SHES holding her kid and not some nanny or something.
She tripped...wow shes human! Surprise surprise!! I am happy she didnt get hurt and even happier that the baby was fine. THATS whats important!

ITA. I fell once while I was holding my daughter and you know what....I wasn't wearing heels and I wasn't drunk either. I twisted my ankle and down I went. I'm sorry but give her a break. At least she's spending time with her daughter and holding her. She fell, it happens. We all fall but we don't have cameras in our face 24/7.

1. Wear flats because she's tall??  Does that mean everybody under 5'7" should wear heels? 
2. Haven't you ever had to go somewhere without a stroller? I know I don't bring a stroller with me if I'm walking to a nearby restaurant.

I know they put themselves in the spotlight, but I don't think they had 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week in mind. The paparazzi are relentless, thanks to "our" (society's) desire to see these people at their best and worst. It's the American way to make big stars, then knock 'em down.

Our society loves to see how they live...that's why we have the paparazzi to feed our addiction.
It's their job to take pics. They want to make money just like celebs want to make money too. It's a job.

Again, Katie...did we forget where we came from? What is it again? Oh yeah, the WB. I'm sorry, but she needs to remember that she's Katie, not Posh. And yes, she could have done the same thing in flats...hell, I almost tripped wearing flats yesterday. But she's getting a lot of heat because 2 years ago, she was demure little Katie who seemed cool and down to earth. Now she just seems so phony, always in heels and dressed to the nines in the friggin park. She's just silly. But she's got a cute little pumpkin.

Wow, I am happy I am not a celeb because some people are pretty relentless.
I think a lot of people complaining that she is always "dressed up" are some of the same people who are the first to call a person a slob if they wear sweats.
Celebs will never be able to please everybody, so I guess they should concentrate on pleasing themselves. I think Katie looks flawless almost all of the time. I

she could also be just maturing. she's an ADULT woman now..and a mother. maybe she has changed a bit herself...
I don't care either way, but just as we all grow/change and experiment with new looks OFF camera, people on camera do the same...except it's like a documentary for the rest of us.
