Would there be any reason to have a swing and a bouncer??(with pic)
This is the swing we were going to get...if we have this would there be any use for a bouncer seat too??? Image Attachment(s):

We got a swing and a papasan seat (it vibrates but doesn't bounce). I had heard that they were both helpful.

I had both. The boucy seat was more portable and the swing stayed in one spot.

Register for both. I thought we didn't need a swing, I was wrong. Very wrong.
But, at the same time, the bouncy seat was a godsend the first few days that we were home and DS still uses it now (actually, he still uses his swing too) at almost 4 months old.

We used both the swing and the bouncer all the time. DS spent alot of time in the swing, but the bouncer was portable and we used this a lot as well.

if you can get both as gifts or 1 and buy the other it's worth it. some babies love them both, love one or the other or dislike both. there's only one way to find out though, you have to have it and put them in it. you can always have a yard sale (or the next baby might like it). with dd, the swign was a miracle...ds doesn't care for either really (but he has neck muscle issues and isnt' allowed in them anyway!).

I use both,,,I actually have TWO bouncers now b/c he didnt take to the one very much and they are all godsends. GET BOTH!

I registered for both. I plan to keep the swing in the livingroom and the bouncer I can easily move from room to room.

We have the same Swing except its pink. Also have a Zooper bouncer and the papasan seat. I intend to use whatever makes baby happy lol
