I don't understand why everyone think's she dresses old. She wears clothes that people going to work would wear. I don't think it's old, I think it's appropriate and actually fashionable.

I think she looks really sloppy and disheveled here. Her hair looks wet (or dirty?), that shirt needs to be tucked in, her pants need to be ironed, and one sleeve is up with the other down.
We're all entitled to an off day, but this is definitely not her best look.
