We'll be moving out of the apt. in about 4 months to go buy our first home in NC...so that'll make about 2 1/2 years, start to finish.

Never.. we closed on our house right after our honeymoon and both lived at home until the wedding

I grew up in an apartment and we were married almost two years. So, I didn't live in a house until I was 28 and that was my first house - ever.

I bought my coop at 23 - before I was married. I rented before then w/ roommates and lived at home in my dad house before that.
