Registering-Is DH going w/you?
Or are you going without him, with someone else? Ex: moms,SIL, Siblings?
Dh loved registering for my bridal shower and I thought would love this part..for the baby but now that its a girl...I see him wanting to take no part in this.
I want him to GO with me!!
I feel this is something we should do together.
Im trying to drag him this weekend.

I made DH go with me for the big things: furtniture, stroller, high chair, etc. But other stuff: sheets, diapers, bottles, etc I did solo and saught advice from friends who are moms.
I made DH go with me b/c he's going to be using this stuff too. For my bridal regisrty, he wanted NOTHING to do with it. He didn't give a crap what kind of didhes he ate off of or what kind of glass he drank from.

DH while in general he doesn't seem very excited - he says he can't wait to go register - he just isn't as good at showing his emotions.

mine did not come with me for the little stuff, but he did pick out the furniture with me.... little stuff is going to be my way any way so he wanted not part in it.........

DH and I browsed in both stores where we registered but I set up the registries online.
DH had a A LOT of fun trying out strollers and looking and car seats. He had some definite opinions on bedding and overall was more involved than I expected.
DH knows how to open and close our stroller better than me so I think I need to spend the next month practicing.

I did it on line - alone. Although I did get his opinion on the bedding. He is in charge of the car seat and stroller.

He came with me for the initial visit to both stores.
I did the registry in stages and only brought him with me when we also had to buy the 2 mattresses.

We're going to go in the next couple of weeks.
I didn't give him a choice!! 
But I'm sure he would want to. It's one of those things that he thinks he's going to hate, but he'll wind up having fun doing.

Dh has gone with me... today I actually went with my MIL... but tomorrow, dh will come again... once I went alone... once with my gramma... but for the most part with DH.

My SO and I went to BRU a few times. After he said we could drill holes in the crib I wanted in order to tie the bumper pad on, I thought to myself, I don't think I'll be taking him back here with me

When we got there he had fun scanning for the cute girl stuff.

 This post makes me laugh... only because the thought of DH actually wanting to go register with me is hilarious. I have a hard enough time trying to get him to do the dishes!

DH came with me. When I told him "Here, you register for a few things" I shouldve known better. I looked at the registry and there were METS everything...LOL (cups, bottles, feeding bowls)..AND I got it all at my shower too. My relatives had a lot of fun shopping I think.

I went with my cousin who has a 7 month old son. She helped me out so much. I'd recommend going with a mom of young children.
