i think i miscarried
Ok girls not to sound gross but i passed a pretty big clot/tissue thing when i wiped before( still not on my pants just when i wipe but still) it was bright red almost deep red really with some stringy thing thatt looked black compared to the rest. sorry i know way TMI..
Thanks everyone for all your prayers, advice, kind words and love... I hope to be back in afew with another BFP this one that last nine months... Iam going ot teh dr on monday so i guess we'll be starting this process all over again....

Yes...I think you miscarried. I had the same large clots and noticed tissue like matter.
did you ever see a heartbeat? Can you tell me what you saw at the sono??

i saw a sac and what looked like a little someting inside but the dr took it off so quick it was hard to see it really

that sux. All we saw was a sac that first sono but she said it was probably too early, which was my red flag as to maybe something was wrong.
Then I started spotting, then cramping, and at the 2nd emergency sono, still no sac, and that was like 10 weeks along!
So sorry for your loss!

I would call the emergency number for your dr and see what they think you should do
Unfortunately, they can't do anything to stop it, but they may want you to come in on monday for a series of bloodtests to confirm that you are/did m/c. I am soo sorry
my dr just used the bloodtests to confirm, my levels to down to zero in a week

I would call the Dr's service and have a Dr call you back over the weekend. I took Advil for the pain and just rested. I was out of the oridinary and bled heavy for several days and spotted for 6 weeks...I was out of work for 5 days between the physical and emotional stuff

Unless you are in a huge amount of physical discomfort you do not have to go the hospital. If you are miscarrying there is not going to be anything that they can do, I am sad to say
Just remember NO TAMPONS!
Tell the doctor on Monday what is happening and he should do an internal sonogram and order blood tests for you.
If it will ease your mind you can go to the hospital for a sono tonight but I can tell you I was sent to the hospital when I miscarried by my OBGYN- the hospital knew I was coming and I still spent over 4 hours waiting in the ER- all they did was order a sono and do blood work.
It's truly about what you need right now for your own well being physically and mentally.

i think being with my dh is all i need right now and like everyone said whats going to be will be nothing i can do to stop it and sitting in an Er is nly going to upset me more.thanks again everyone

Well I think you should call the DR, save yourself some worry by finding out whats going on?
I had a M/c a little later along then you, around 10 weeks, but I called the Dr and he met me at the ER( I was having bad cramping) ....

oh sweetie, I'm so sorry... it sounds like you're m/c'ing naturally, and really, there's no need to go to the hospital at this point unless you're in significant pain. Just make sure you get to the Dr. fairly soon, sometime next week, so they can monitor your HcG levels and make sure they go back down to zero. Take care, and I'm sure you'll be back on the pregnancy board in no time
