Re: What is the biggest misconception
That I always have it all together. Balancing being a professional, mother, wife and having "me" time is harder than it looks.

People always think i'm 5-10 yrs younger than I am... I ususally get the "YOU'RE married???" question, and then the "HOW OLD are you???" question. People are shocked when I tell them i'm almost 27!!
Same goes with me!! I get carded for scratch off tickets. My DH teaches 11 graders and I look about 2 years older then them. It also depends on what I am wearing.

Some people think I actually have a degree. I don't. But they think so.
I guess that's a good thing!!
I assumed you had a degree. It's because you write well!!!
my biggest misconception:
Biggest misconception about me is that the way I am socially is the way I am at work. Outside of work, I do not like confrontation/arguments. At work, I argue for a living and I let no one step on my clients!!! Huge difference.
This summer, a former friend of mine and DHs basically forced me into an argument. I made it known that I argue for a living and I prefer to leave it at work. But if you give me no choice outside of work, you better be prepared to argue with someone who does it for a living. He wasn't ready for that, but had to push the issue and learn the hard way that I have a skill that I just do not prefer to use with my friends!!!

Re: What is the biggest misconception
People who don't really know me assume that because I am polite, patient and a good listener that I want to hear about intimate details of their lives.
I can't begin to tell you the amount of TMI I get in a week
