 I'm sorry you feel this way. I know it's hard to see the positive in things when you feel this way. Meltdowns are the absolute worst.

I hope you feel better soon. I know how hard those rough patches can be. I would let your doctor know how you are feeling. It might be hormones.

I think you should call your doctor too. Particularly if you have a family history, combined with the possiblity of PPD.

Awwww, Shana, just remember that we all get to that point... especially with having a little baby now, it has changed your life in more ways than you can speak to. Be gentle with yourself, make sure you aren't too demanding on yourself, and take some YOU time. I remember, when Alex was about 5 months old, I had a meltdown too... it was my lowest point after giving birth... but gradually, I found my center and things improved. And, remember, everything seems that much worse when you're sleep deprived
