Life Insurance
I'm meeting with someone from NY Life tomorrow about getting life insurance. I know how much coverage I want and that I want term but I don't know what other questions I should ask. Anyone have experience with this?
Also any other companies I should get quotes from? Thank you!

We got a great rate for term life through John Hancock.
Check how long the term is which varies and what's involved for the medical exam if needed.

Term convertible to long term care insurance. See how long the term being offered is. Try northwestern mutual. They offer term to age 80.

I have Northwestern Mutual and happy with them. Their term is till 80.

We have policies with State Farm, prudential and mass mutual. I would get a couple quotes and maybe diversify a little depending on how much you are getting. We also have a whole life policy somewhere else but I forget where.
