Big yard Verus finished basement??
What would everyone prefer? Just curious....
Right now we have a full finished basement AND a nice yard so its hard for us to choose on the priority.
What would you do/want/need???

DEFINITELY a big yard, you can't change that once you move in...a basement you can always finish years down the road....for me I love open space and could never live on under a half acre but that's what I am used to....for some people I hear they don't want to take care of it, so I think it depends on YOU

exactly...you can always change a basement...you can never go back and change your yard to make it bigger, you know?

ITA you can finish your basement when ever you want but youcan not add to your yard size
