Got to say it was a shirt my brother bought me that was a few sizes to small. When I told him it wasn't my size his response was "I bought it to give you incentive to lose weight"

Luckily, our vet's office had the same one but with an orange cat, so we gave ours to them! 
OMG that's soooo stylish!  I would have loved to see the initial confusion on your face as you first opened the box
Thankfully we live out of state and my mom sent it to me. I don't know what I would have done if I opened it in front of her!

I have to say, this thread is cracking me up today!!!!
I've posted this before, but my father got me a sweater that was a size like 2x. At the time i wore an 8. I later found out his girlfriend worked in the garment industry...he prob grabbed something last minute. Ugh it was awful!!!

My grandmother used to work for Estee' Lauder. One year I got bright red lipstick that only a hooker can get away with. Oh yeah and did I mention I was about 12 or 13 at the time.

i got a chenile (worst artificial material ever known to man) sweater that was about 4 sizes too big and BRIGHT fire-engine red with desings all over it. it was such a joke that my sister actually put it on and walked around the house (in a mocking fashion) in it while the rest of my family and i laughed HYSTERICALLY.
it was from the "aunt" of a guy i was dating - i use " " b/c she's not really is aunt

When I was a kid my great aunt sent me a bag of those stretchy loops that you would use with a hand looming kit...but I didn't have a looming kit, nor did she send one along. Just the loops 
Another year, I was about 13, my aunt gave me a hideous red sweatsuit that had red and white gingham piping along the seams and a teddy bear holding balloons on the front- I was 13! My cousin, who is the same age, got a cool purse. Obviously, I was known as the geek in the family.
