No. I never have time to be half blind afterwards. In addition my last eye exam last month was my first one in like 3 years
I’m going tonight for the first time in SEVEN years because I’ve always gotten my contacts at an optometrist in queens who never made me get another exam. I’m sick of driving in to get them and (very obviously) no one else will give them to me without an exam.
I have to drive to get DD immediately after so no dilation for me.

I had gotten to the point of ordering contacts from the UK and Canada where they don't care if you prescription is expired. I finally needed to get new glasses so I went last month. So much cheaper not having to pay the overseas prices. LOL

Yep! I was doing Canada for a while- then I found one in the UK that was cheaper. You just have to make sure you use a credit card that doesn't charge a foreign transaction fee...i made that mistake the first time. And of course the exchange rate isn't in our favor- but hey- it worked. But in the long run ordering from the US is always cheaper so I'm glad I finally bit the bullet and went.
