eye tearing and gunk in the eyes
For 2 days now DS eyes have been tearing and now he's got the green gunk coming out in the corners when he gets up. his eyes are a little puffy too.
Im not sure if this is allergies b/c the eye tearing happens alot when we are outside. or if its a cold coming out of his eyes.
thoughts?
i'll be calling the dr. this morning anyway b/c the last time we were at her office he had this and wound up having an ear infection..not sure if they are related.

I would call the ped. There is a cold thing going around right now becuase of the change of seasons. Good luck, I hope it turns out to be nothing

Could be an ear infection (does your DC have a fever too?) or it could be a clogged tear duct. i've experienced both so far.

Definitely call.... DD recently had some gunky eyes and when I called they said they would have been more concerned about conjunctivitis if it's green. DD had yellow. Hope your little one is OK!
