I'm at 15 also.... I'll admit, I'm a little of both... 
18, and I feel the same way. 
18 for me too...and I feel the same as above. As I was getting ready to start looking around, they offered me a different position, then I had a baby and they allowed me to stay PT. so no, I wasn't going anywhere.

What's the longest you've worked at a company?
On and off for 14 years..they kept taking me back after life changes (married, babies)
I no longer work there now because of health issues

9+ years but they just offered ppl a package to leave if 10 years there. Work world is not the same as my parent's world where they retired from same place after 30 years.

Ain't that the truth. Definitely not the same work place our parents had. Most people here stay 2-3 years tops and then leave and IMO I work for one of the better companies out there.
