For one set, Grammie and Baba. My dd actually chose baba. She couldn't say grandpa and he liked it so it just stuck.
For the other set, Nana and Grandpa.
I let the grandparents choose what they wanted to be called.

You know it's funny, I asked my mother last night if she had any preference. She said no, she just didn't want the baby to call her by her first name alone.
Probably Nanny and Poppy for my parents since that's what we called our grandparents. Grandma and Grandpa for DHs parents.

With DD we did grandma and papa for both and she changed it into Grandma Ann and Grandma Cathy and Papa and Papa Bulgaria(he moved there). So she made it her own.

my mom is nana and my stepfather is grandpa bruce (usually shortened to grandpa).
my dad is poppy and my stepmother isn't really called anything...haha....though my brother and i grew up calling her max, so that'll probably stay.
my IL's were self-proclaimed way before my son was even here as grandma and grandpa....

I assume both sets of parents wanted to be called grandma and grandpa, but my in-laws now want Nana and Pop-Pop.
