I am a SAHM and love it some days, and loathe it others. Im happy I am able to stay home, bit do miss the daily grind of a job. Although, this job is no joke.

I'm a FTWM and I HATE it.

I would give anything to stay home with DS but finances won't allow it.

FTWM and NOT happy about it. I hate my commute and I hate being away from them. Wish I could just work part time closer to home or not at all.

im an other too.
i work for my family business. i bring her with me to work.
sometimes i go in sometimes i stay home. sometimes i bring her to my sis house to watch her twins.
i love being with her.

Ptwm here and wouldn't have it anyother way I love what I do and I get to spend time with Ds and catchup on housework I get to get dressed up put make up on feel like a human I love it I am so happy

PTWM and love it! I work 2 long days per week and get to be home with my babies 5 days.

SAHM and for the most part i love it.. i hate working and wasn't really career driven. so this fits!

SAHM and love it (most days). It isn't always easy though. There are days i wish i could leave the house and be around adults...but i try to see a friend for a playdate or get out when i feel that way, it helps.

The grass is always greener I feel. I have to remind myself some days that I'm lucky to be doing this. Most days i don't have to, but once in a while I feel a bit isolated.

I'm a FTWM and hate it. It is so hard and I don't ever feel like I have enough time with DS. I would love to not work, but I would definitely take part-time if we could financially handle it.
PTWM is ideal to me. It is the best of both worlds.

I'm a sahm love it, but work from home as well. I love it because I can't imagine leaving dd, so I;m just very thankful I am able to do both.

I definitely need to work...I need the routine, and the chance to be the other side of me, if that makes sense.

I guess I have the perfect job, being a teacher (especially because I love it), but there are times I wish it was like 3, 4 days a week rather than 5. I miss my kid sooooo much.

Seriously, who's the idiot that decided weekends could only be 2 days anyway?

I am a FTWM. As much as I like to complain about it, I know that I am fortunate to be a teacher. I truly love what I do and I am home early enough that I can spend time with DD and get a lot done. The time off sometimes makes me feel like I'm more of a PTWM....not always though.

Last year I almost lost my job due to excessing and it was a wake up call for me. I panicked, not just worrying about the money, but also about losing a part of me that means so much.

Of course, in a perfect world with tons of cash, I would stay home, but I am also very content with where I am too.

I'm a FTWM and I do love my job but it's just a lot (as many of you know) to juggle work, kids, a house, husband. I don't want to be a FTSAHM, but I wish I could be a PTWM.

SAHM and loving it here. wouldnt have it any other way and for me, the grass is not greener on any other side. I know I would not be happy as a FTWM.

With DD #1 I worked full time until she was 7. I loved my job. I loved the routine. I would've went to work for free than to stay home and get paid. I really enjoyed my job and my DD loved daycare.

When I married my Dh, I more or less knew I was gong to be a sahm so I prepared myself for it. I never thought I'd love it as much as I do.

It's stressful and there are days that I am thisclose to giving my 2 weeks notice, but it always passes. I couldn't imagine my kids not being together everyday and me not being with them everyday.

My oldest was perfect for daycare, she is outgoing loves people etc. However, my 2nd DD is a mama's girl, shy and I couldn't see her loving daycare like my oldest did. .

I have been all of them FTWM, FTWM that worked PT from home, PTWM and SAHM. I have to say I like being a PTWM, I LOVE having lots of time with the kids and I love feeling grown up and going to work for a while. Work is my break if I had no money issues I'd probably be a SAHM and volunteer or something.

SAHM. I wish I could be permanently and I love it, but it is because I cannot find a job in this horrible economy. Hopefully I will be able to be a WAHM soon! Or even a PTWM!

FTWM and I love my job but I feel I don't spend enough time with my boys.

If I could have this job PT I think it would be perfect because then when the boys are in school I could be home to get them after.

I love being a SAHM mom but I look forward to working part time when my kids are in school.

I also plan on going to nursing school when my kids are middle school age

I really enjoy being a sahm but watch a little boy full time so I am working. I really think everones situation is so different. I would not oppose going back to work in the future depending on the circumstances. But if money was never an issue I would love to be a sahm forever! I guess to answer your quesion I do not think the grass is greener on any side!
