I put on 48lbs. I would say it took me about 7-9 months to lose it all, but my body is not the same.

Same here except that I gained 50lbs.

About 35-40lbs- lost it all by 6-7 months pp, but my belly never got tight again. Was going to start a pilates video and then got preggers again- so I guess I will only have to do the pilates once instead of twice now!

With my first son 10 years ago I gained around 40 but with in 3 months was about 20 lighter the pre preggo. This time around it's a different story, gained around 38 was down 30 pounds by around 2 weeks pp, and now 8 wks pp, I'm 3 pounds less the pre preggo weight but only fit into 2 pairs of pants.. Hmmmmm how does that work.. this stinks.. I have to lose like another 30 pounds!

18 lbs. Lost it all 2 weeks PP. The problem now is getting certain areas back into their proper place!!!

I gained 16 & lost 40 by my 6 week visit. I have no idea how, but I do know that I had put on weight before I got pregnant, after I had a miscarriage (2 months before), so I think it was a lot of "water weight".

I gained 48lbs
I lost 34 by my 6 week check-up
Since then (15 months ago) I have only lost about 4-5 lbs of that.
Still working on the rest - and I need to lose some on top of that
