2nd 40lbs
Right now at 3.5 month PP i have 8lbs to pre pg weight with #2 a total of 15 to get back to pre pg weight before #1.

I gained 45 pounds, DD was 9lbs 12 oz
I am almost back to my prepregnancy weight but my belly is saggy and gross

and by 8 weeks post-partum I was down to my pre-pregnancy weight! (don't mean to brag, but I worked really hard at it, so I'm proud)

I gained 17 lbs, found out I had gestational diabetes and went on the special diet and lost 5 lbs.

I lost 38lbs and then put on 8lbs before getting PG with DD. Now I am 3 months PP with DD and I lost her weight and have 8lbs to go to get to my pre-pregnancy weight from DS. Although I think I would be happy if I just lost another 3lbs.

I gained about 25 pounds. I gave birth 7 weeks early and a month later I am down to my pre-pregnancy weight. Not something I'm bragging about, just the facts.

According to my chart at the doctor's office, I gained 37, but according to my own records, almost 50!! You always weigh more on the doctor's scale, so that higher starting weight, plus the fact that I gained about 10 pounds before I had my first appointment, makes up for the discrepancy in the numbers!! 
I only lost about 25 pounds. I have a good 25 to go to be pre-prego and 35 to be wedding weight (which was only 2 months before getting pg)!!

50 I think. I lost 25 in 6 weeks and then got pg again. So I was up 25 lbs. i'll end up having to lose alot.
Can we say Nutrisystem????? I definitley will need it.

I gained 24 lbs. and lost all of it at 10 weeks post partum. I am 11 weeks post partum now and STILL a size larger than I started. My shoe size is 2 sizes bigger and my rings still don't fit.

22 lbs. ALL 22 lbs were gained AFTER week 35 ( and i had actually lost about 15 lbs from being so sick)
But down 33 lbs 4 months PP.
