Hang in there, you'll get through it. Talk it out with your support system at home, your doctor and here on LIF if you want.

I'm sorry you are miserable, but I am glad that you recognize it and you are taking steps to get better. You are a strong person to be able to do these things, and if you take care of yourself, you should be fine.
Lean on DH and your Mom for help as much as possible right now and get the R & R you need. I remember I cried so much after DS was born, I never thought I'd feel back to myself again. Then I'd feel guilty for crying--I had a beautiful baby boy. Well, after some time and treatment for a thyroid problem, I am feeling much better.
I hope this passes quickly, but fast or slow, it will pass. FM if you need to!

Many 's for you!! I had baby blues after I had DD so I know how you feel, I'm so scared of feeling that way again after I have baby #2.

I have been there and I am fearing the same will happen when I have this one. At least you know where it is coming from. Try to give yourself a little time and breathe.

I am so sorry! you just had your baby and congrats!!!! I bet she is beautiful!
its all new..give yourself a few days--take advantage of your mom and dh.
If u need anything fm one of us...
I dk where u are located but I am in suffolk county==if u are out this way I can do anything for you.
