Re: How often do you wash your hair?

I usually wash my hair everyday. In the event that I take a shower at night and don't wash my hair in the morning, I put my hair in a shower cap.

I personally don't see what's the big deal if someone wants to refer to themselves as boy or male...as long as they identify with their gender and are OK with it..and want to call themselves whichever term they want....why do this?

I was it every night..I rotate shampoos and conditioners so my hair does not get used to a particular one.

I do the same thing. My DH thinks I'm nuts for having so many shampoos and conditioners and shampoos+conditioners!

For those that don't wash daily - do you use a lot of styling products? What do you do day 2?

Because of my 5-6 step routine (I have thick curly frizzy hair that requires a lot of mouse and gel), I am afraid not to wash every day.

I'm one that does NOT wash daily...if I did my hair would be a nightmare...lion's mane. Chat Icon

I use a lot of styling products too... I use Nexxus Liquid Gel then after blowdrying I use Quidad Pomade & Dove Hairspray.
ALL of the styling products come out fine with just water....in the shower. Then I apply conditioner EVERYDAY and use a wide tooth comb to de-tangle my hair. I apply the gel in sections, so EVERY strand is covered...then blowdry.

Since you have curly hair I recommend you check out this link... Shampooing 101 for Curly Girls

This may sound crazy, but I take a LOT of pride in my curls and it's all because of the tips, etc. from Quidad.

I didn't say all the time everything you write makes me go Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon but this definitely did.
This is a public forum and if he wants to refer to himself that way, even though I may not agree or find it unusual...who am I to call him on it. And that was my point. If he feels comfortable doing that...so be it. And there are always ways to tell people what you may find "odd" if worded nicely and respectfully.
And I can read whatever I want. And I quoted you because you were the one who made the first comment. It's just as simple as that.

You should start doing that yourself.
And I can speak my mind and defend whoever I want to as long as I follow the guidelines of this website, which I think I'm doing. If you don't like it, like you said, just don't read it. I think your comment was out of line and can make people feel bad. If he wants to be called that way...then why even question him on it.....obviously if he posted he feels comfortable doing so. If you don't like for me to call you on it....Too Bad.
I must say for someone that is a vendor on here, you do not carry yourself the best. As a vendor, you should treat everyone with the utmost respect not only because it's the right thing to do but also because everyone on here can be a potential customer. By seeing the way you post on here, I'd never recommend you to anyone. Needless to say, I find that your comment was insensitive and I have every right to voice my opinion as so do you.
I'm not going back and forth posting with you on this so post away. I already said what I needed to say.

and i can speak my mind as well, and if you don't like it - TOO BAD. I did or said nothing wrong with my post. I'm not about to change who i am for you or anyone else for that matter.

and my business is doing extremely well, thank you very much. so i will not be losing any sleep over the fact that you wouldn't recommend me to anyone. Chat Icon
