How often do you wash your hair?
I know people who can go 3, 4, 5 days without washing their hair and it still looks fantastic..
I know it isn't healthy to wash it everyday, but if I don't my hair looks like sh*t!
Why is this?!?!?!?! Does it take time for my hair to get used to not being washed daily?

This is my schedule -
Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sun/Tues/Thurs
Of course it changes as needed but this is what keeps my hair looking and feeling it's best
I hate getting up early for work so I get to sleep in a few mornings

I'm sorry Im one of those who goes 3/4/5 days w/o washing it...
I cant do it every day or every other day..no time to blowdry this mop..plus my hair gets tooo dry

I wash my hair every other day.
And honestly on the "other" day my hair usually looks the best!! (I color my hair so if I wash every day, it just gets tooo dry)
Actually my hair was on an "other" day on my wedding.. my stylist told me having a little "gook" in my hair would make my updo hold a bit better... and she was right!

I have to wash my hair everyday.. but I don't blow dry it everyday.. Now I have been highlighting my hair since I was 16 and my hairdresser tells me my hair is in fantastic shape.. I think it is because I don't blow dry it everyday.

Me too. It feels itchy and my face gets all oily. Plus, I don't properly wake up unless I've washed my hair. I never understood people who could go days, it's amazing to me.

I was an everyday person. My new hairdresser told me to switch, so I recently switched to every other day....so far, so good. It actually looks better the second day than the first....

Every day. I have curly/wavy hair and I look like a lion by the end of the day, by morning I look like I put my finger in a socket. I cannot imagine being able to "get up and go" - that's my dream!

Just about daily...some days if I am running really late, I'll take a quick shower without washing my hair but I feel off when I do that.

Every other day - sometimes (like today) every third day. My hair actually looks better on the 2nd day.
I used to be an every day washer but I hate having to dry my hair every day and dealing with potential damage from the heat.
One of my SIL is a 5-7 day washer. I don't know how she does it but her hair always looks great. She has very thick, very curly, very coarse hair.

Everyday if I go to the gym the night before. If I dont go, then I dont wash it the next day because its still passable.....
I have dry naturally curly hair so I could pretty much not wash it everyday if I didnt want to.

I know, this is why I let it go on the second day and deal with it being gross.. I just don't get how some people's hair looks better the next day... mine it a mess!

I used to be an every day person years ago...no more!! I hate blow drying it, takes forever. Since it is basically in a pony tail every day now I wash it every 3 days. But if I am going somewhere then I will wash it no matter when the last wash was.

It may be bad, but if I do not wash my hair every day it look greasy, so I have no choice
