SO ANNOYING!
I knew someone who did this on their blackberry BBM. It was so annoying.. my red light was CONSTANTLY going off to indicate someone did a status change and it was this girl. She would change her status over 20 times a day.
I deleted her asss... it annoyed me too much on a daily basis so she had to go!

I know this was probably mentioned in the last post but I have HUGE prob when some one is upset & posts a cryptic message.
You are an ADULT, if you can't talk to someone and say, "Hey you really upset me by doing "ABC" and have a civilized discussion about it than you need to be tazed! 
This is really my only pet peeve. If someone is annoying with the apps they are using I block them from showing up on my wall. If people post every second, I hide them on my wall. I don't get why people don't use these functions more often. There would be a lot less complaints about FB  If you don't like it, SHUT IT OFF

people who post blurry pictures or 10 picture of the same pose (you used a digital...weed out the bad ones and the dupes )
and
those who post sideways pics...FB makes it so easy to flip them...please FLIP THEM!!!

I hate the checking in as well. Don't people realize it is not the best idea to tell everyone you "know" on FB - I'm not home - come rob me! My friends have tried to check me in places too - no thanks!
ETA: I also hate cryptic status updates. If you have a problem with someone - tell them!

I don't know, I see the check in as an alternative to the status update. Instead of writing "going to the abc bar with my girls! Yay! Can't wait!" you can just check in at the abc bar and tag people with you. I think it's fun to see what people are up to. It doesn't mean your house is empty and your FB friends (bc they are the ones who seethe check ins- right?) will come and rob you.
Sometimes I check into strange places for the fun of it. I'll just use the function to see what's around me and check in. I've checked in at a community garden, baptist church, sex shop... It's just silly fun.
To answer to original question, I don't have any FB pet peeves. It's just FB. I don't let that shiit get to me.

Really, only the "Most of you won't re-post this..." posts annoy me. Everything else I can hide if I don't like it, like app spam. I actually like seeing where people check in, but I play Four Square on my phone, so I would!

Not really a pet peeve, but I find it disturbing when people post that they are stuck in traffic. Umm, the law is hands free cell phone - texting while driving is illegal. Please stop telling me that you are potentially contributing to an accident.

The biggest one is really airing your personal problems. I am "friends" with this one guy from high school, who is only happy if he's in a relationship, well apparently (according to his status's as I dont talk to him IRL) he dated a girl for 9 months and they just broke up, he posts atleast 10+ times A DAY with Im so depressed, I miss her, I will never get over her...this has been going on for weeks!!! He obviously has major issues but it's almost funny. I feel like telling him to grow a pair and move on but I just ignore all his posts

pretty much all of the above. I also can't stand when people announce on their facebook feed that they're cleaning out their facebook friends. What's the point? So the people you delete can feel like sh*t? Some peoples brains are in the eternal high school mind set.

Nothing really bothers me. People will do what they way and post what they want. i don't have to read it.
The only thing that bothers me is frequent ranting or passive aggressive posts. We all do it, but if you're posting every minute... just pick up the phone and call the person (or a really good psychiatrist.

Yes! By far the dumbest thing. If I felt the urge to purge people I would do so...the desire to gain attention makes laugh though!
Also when people check in. Not that it bothers me but boggles me. I do not want all my FB friends to know where I am all the time lol

I hate the cryptic messages the most. Tell the whole story or don't post it! My sister does this all fo the time and I yell at her!
I was friends with a friend of a friend who had 783492529 comments a day about how much she loves the mets and basically a blow by blow of their season, it was too much, I blocked her.

Also, people who write FML every 10 seconds almost always end up deleted or hidden. If you have enough free time to spend 3 hours a day on facebook complaining about your awful life, you don't know what an awful life is. Especially when you later post that you're heading to two concerts this week, got a new BMW from your mom, and can't wait to go to Miami in two weeks. That just doesn't work when wrapped in with "FML!!! I had to work through 4 minutes of lunch today! THIS IS NOT FAIR."
I just hate that stupid abbrevation to begin with.
