Do you take a multivitamin?

Are you all taking these vitamins because you were told by a dr? I only take a multivitamin daily and my dr hasn’t told me my levels were low in anything else. I had been taking a biotin supplement for awhile for hair, skin and nails, but I kept getting a headache often. My DH researched and a side effect of biotin is a headache, so I immediately stopped taking it and I’m much better.

Do you take a multivitamin?

I take:
Women's One Day Multi-vitamin
D3
Vitamin C
PreserVision for my eyes (history of macular degeneration in my family so my eye doctor recommended I take this)

I take IP6 for immunity. It has seriously changed my life. I used to be sick all the time. Now I can't even tell you the last time I had a cold.
Google it.

I take Magnesium, CoQ10, Riboflavin and Feverfew for my migraines. Also life changing in that I haven't had a migraine since i started taking them regularly

I take a Vitamin D- great for immunity especially in winter

I take Ashwaganda- it's for stress, anxiety, lowering cortisol. That was a recent addition because I haven't been great mentally lately with being locked at home for almost a year with no office to go to and everything else and My DH swears by it. I do think it helps

Fish Oil for Omegas

Have you noticed a difference with Ashwaganda? My MIL has been under a great deal of stress and anxiety over the last year. She's up all night, can't sleep. I feel so bad for her. I was going to recommend Ashwaganda after seeing it on Amazon.

I think so. It does take a while to work though. It's not instant. I'd say after 3 weeks of consistent use I felt less anxious.
Would she consider CBD? It has no THC and does not make you high at all but I find it chills me out and helps me sleep

My Dr. hasn't commented on my vitamin levels, so the only thing I take is iron. That's because without it, my iron level is OK for whole blood donations, but not the double-red. So, I have actual numbers letting me know it's not at the level it should be at.

Most doctors don't prescribe vitamins as a preventative to illness. They push RX over natural. Biotin gives me a headache also, so I don't take that.

I take C and D and Zinc because it has been proven to ward off viruses. The only doctor that has ever told me to take those was the chiro...but I have always taken these

This 100%. The migraine meds they push had a list of side effects so scary a migraine paled in comparison.
I literally cured them for me with a few supplements .
Will that work for everyone? Of course not. I'm just happy it did work for whatever was causing my migraines.
