DD escaped her crib this morning!

I have no clue how she got out - heard some little sounds on her monitor - nothing unusual, but then I heard her horse toy making sounds. When I got up there she was playing on it. Oh and she opened the vicks and decided to put it in her hair (and it won't come out!)

Does this mean she is ready for a bed? She is 20 months

Chat Icon for sure! I'm glad she didn't get hurt - remember I told you a few weeks ago I found her straddling the front of the crib - I have no idea how she got donw without falling or even making so much as a sound! Maybe she has been planning this for a while now. I hope she doesn't tell "baby" about her evil plans!Chat Icon

DS did it around 13m, keep him in sleep sack now, summer, winter, I have one for every season.

He's not psychologically ready for a bed.

I have no clue what the "normal" age for a bed is. I wanted to keep her in teh crib as long as possible but dont want to risk her getting hurt either

There must be something in the air. DS started doing this yesterday. Chat Icon When I asked him to show me.. he got a big smile and did it in 2 seconds.
