A loss is a loss regardless of what you have. It hurts just as much. When the due dates of the children I conceived before Abby pass, I ALWAYS wonder who they would have been, what they would have looked like and if they would have been boys or girls.
I never conceived twins, but I made peace by saying that without my losses, I wouldn't have Abby and I cannot imagine life without her.
You can still grieve.
