That your mom would say to you as a child and you would  and now you know what she meant .... One i just thought of (But i was in high school) I would say "he is so cute i want to go out with him.... my mom would say "too cute " is for everyone ...meaning all the girls will want him

when I was a kid, I used to always say how I couldn't wait to get older.
she said "some day you will wish the opposite"
so true  the last b-day I was happy to be the age I just turned was 21.

When I was going through some rought times in HS they said "that HS is just a small moment in time and in the end, none of it will matter."
