My bff has been dealing with this as well. Her 2 yr old was diagnosed at 18 months. It's coming up on a year and he's doing amazing! The beginning was terrible on them, but they got through it, and he does great at his appointments now. The one thing I learned was to not ask what you can do and just do it (within limits). Such as bringing dinner over whenever I could or watching other siblings I insisted etc. prayers for everyone!
ETA: my friend has since learned of a lot of support/help groups. I can ask her details if you would like pm me.

So many hugs! Neuroblastoma is highly, highly curable and the fact that they caught it early is great. It's an awful thing to deal with now and they'll have their ups and downs but I have no doubt this little girl has a full, happy, healthy life ahead of her!
