the NO FAIL, PERFECT diet plan. you will not go wrong with this plan
i've been working to shed a few lbs.
side note: there aren't many DD in southern california.
i woke up with the urge to cheat a little and go to DD, which is about 10 miles away. i got up early, drove out there, bought a mixed dozen donuts, and brought them home to share.
i had a healthy SMALL breakfast first, and was going to have a donut for "dessert."
SO's 72yo mother, had already had a donut by this time. she had proceeded to lick every single one of her ten fingers after her donut.
she then decided it was a good idea to get to know every donut that was left in the box. she touched every one, moved them around in the box to rearrange them so they would be more pleasing to her eye. oh, and then she licked all her fingers again, and decided to rearrange the donuts AGAIN.
that old lady is fast!!! she did this all before i was able to get across the room and ask her to please not do that because other people might want a DAMN donut.
so, this chubby lady will NOT be having a donut today.
can't make this sh!t up!

i feel bad. i know she recently had a stroke and isn't the same as she was... and she already had issues before that. i'm not out to bash on the poor woman.
it just got under my skin because i was REALLY looking forward to a glazed donut from DD.
i have a feeling that i'll be over it by the time i get on the scale tomorrow morning lol

At my old job it was so easy to resist food temptations because my old boss was completely disgusting and would touch everything. Don't miss that job one bit.

I had this once at a job too. I'm a huge food addict and even I wouldn't touch the stuff!

Ugh that sucks so much. Especially when dieting and you're looking forward to that one treat.
I would probably cry lmao. It would be very hard for me to not say anything. I get hangry when it comes to sweets
