a little girl I am very close with just moved in to a new house and has her own bedroom for the 1st time EVER. I want to get her something special. $100 or less. Was thinking of a big jewelry box? where can I find one?

Homegoods has a bunch of nice jewelry boxes for girls. They aren't that expensive. They also have a lot of super cute room accessories, throw pillows, organizing baskets, wall hangings, etc. Maybe a cute basket with a bunch of girly things in it?
