We bought a couch from Bobs a year ago and they've already had to replace it twice. It is a piece of crap. The arms collapsed because they're made of plywood inside and the back cushions completely lost their shape. The fabric was coming off the front of the couch and they came and fixed it. Two weeks later it is falling off again. So glad we got the goof proof or it would be in the garbage by now. I will never buy anything from there again.
