I don't handle the books, but I'm pretty sure that they use quickbooks. I track the general accounts receivable and I just use excel, but I think you're looking for something more like quickbooks.

My husband uses quickbooks because it does a lot. He paid a few hundred to have it not be a subscription.
I use Freshbooks and absolutely love it! I don't need quite as many tools as he does. I pay $20 a month but they have other plans too. I can send you a referral link by email so you can get an extra free month of Freshbooks on top of the 30 day free trial. pM me if you would like to try! :)

Quickbooks and i believe i pay $35 a month... Also include 3 additional users if i remember correctly. I also use excel extensively to gather more in depth info.
