1st time hiring a cleaning lady
We just hired a cleaning lady for the first time. She is coming over this week to look at our house and give us a price. What questions do I need to ask her? In terms of cleaning equipment, what do I provide and what should they? Does anyone have any good tips? My girlfriend said that we should have her use our vacuum so we don't run the risk of her bringing one that may have bed bugs. Anything else that I need to be aware of?

You provide all the cleaning supplies. Our cleaning people bring their own vacuum but I have them use ours in our play room and dds room. She will give you a price based on the size of your house and how long she thinks it will take to clean it.

I provide the vacuum and the cleaning supplies. She sometimes brings some supplies of her own, but I try to have what's needed on hand.

My mother-in-law is a cleaning lady. You provide all the supplies and she would use your vacuum. :)
