Menu Thread - 11.9.14
Sunday- Dinner at my mom's for my step-father's birthday.
Monday- Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Tuesday- Grilled Chicken Caprese
Wednesday- Skinnytaste Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatballs
Thursday- Teriyaki Shrimp
Friday- Chicken, Mushroom and Asparagus Stir-fry
Saturday- Out

Sun: possibly out to eat
Mon: baked chicken fajitas
Tuesday: stuffed peppers
Wednesday: tomato and basil lasagna roll ups
Thursday: turkey sausage, peppers, onions and potato bake
Friday: left overs
Sat: possibly out to eat
eta: made a chicken cordon blue pasta casserole on the stove on Thursday

Menu Thread - 11.9.14
So far, I've thought of -
Roast chicken with roasted potatoes and a veg
Falafel night - falafel (probably homemade), pita, israeli salad, grape leaves, feta, tzatziki (my husband is allergic to sesame so no hummus or tahini)
Spaghetti with fresh tomatos (essentially tomatoes chopped up and marinated with balsamic, evoo, a ton of garlic, and herbs) and fresh mozz
I also got some pumpkin ravioli so I will probably make that with sage brown butter and roasted brussel sprouts.
I am also thinking about making a turkey meatloaf.

Tues chicken rollatini with zucchini and mozz, pasta, asparagus
Weds - tacos, yellow rice, veggies

Monday - eggplant parm
Tuesday - Chicken pot pie
Wednesday - meatball parm heroes

I was inspired and made chicken cordon blue meatballs for dinner last night. Very yummy and something different.
